1) Standard Terms and Conditions

ozcarebeauty.com.au is owned and operated by Oz Care Beauty (ABN: 70 088 605 181). By accessing, browsing or using this website, you agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers herein as amended from time to time. By purchasing an item advertised on this website and /or by completing the registration process to become a member of ozcarebeauty.com.au, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. ozcarebeauty.com.au may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately.

We strive to ensure all of our pricing, sizing and information on our website is true and correct, but occasionally honest mistakes might be made, as recognised by consumer law.
In the unlikely event that the price shown on the checkout page is wrong, and we discover this before dispatching your order, we are not required to sell the goods to you at the price shown. We will let you know as soon as possible and give you the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel your order and you have already paid for the goods, then you will receive a full refund. Similarly, although every effort is made to ensure correct product information and sizing is provided, the goods we receive may differ from the information provided. Should this occur, Ozcarebeauty will make every effort to find a fair and reasonable solution and offer you a full refund should you wish to cancel or return your complete order.

The use of this website and these conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any legal action arising out of its use shall be brought and enforced under the laws of Australia. By using this site, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia and any legal action pursued by you shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia

2) Delivery Options
Fastway Couriers
Delivery via Fastway Couriers is generally faster than Australia Post, however if no one is home when Fastway attempt to deliver your package, a Calling Card is left with the phone number of your local driver. You will then need to contact your local driver to arrange another suitable delivery time.

Australia Post
Delivery via Australia Post is suited to customers who may not be at the Delivery Address when the delivery is attempted. If no one is available to sign when delivery is attempted, a Calling Card is left and your package will be available to be collected from your local Post Office.

Authority to Leave
To ensure prompt delivery, you may tick the authority to leave without signature box under the Delivery Options. If this box is ticked and the driver attempts to deliver your package and no one is home to sign, then the package will be left according to your instructions. Should you wish to choose this option, unfortunately we will not be unable to process any claims for a lost package once the package has been left.

Please note: All orders may be subject to a security check and you may be contacted by a member of our Customer Service Team.

3) Security Checks
After an order is placed at Ozcarebeauty, a Customer Service Representative may contact you to verify your details in an effort to minimise fraudulent transactions. All new credit card transactions over a predetermined value will be subject to a Security Check, in line with our merchant requirements.
 
4) Order Dispatch
Please note that the Dispatch Guide on the Product Detail Page indicates the number of business days for your complete order to leave our warehouse. An order placed before 2 pm AEST/AEDT Monday-Friday where all items are ‘Ready to Dispatch’ will be dispatched the same day. Should you select the Express Delivery option, this will be the method for delivery once all goods are in stock and ready to be dispatched.
 
5) Returns

Customer satisfaction is paramount at ozcarebeauty.com.au

If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please notify our Customer Service team to initiate the return of goods within 30 days from receipt of goods for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot refund goods that have been opened and / or security seals have been removed as all products must be returned in a saleable condition.

ozcarebeauty.com.au must be notified within 7 days of of receipt of purchase of any product discrepancies. No product discrepancies will be considered beyond 7 days of receipt of order. ozcarebeauty.com.au must be notified within 30 days of receipt of purchase of any faulty products. No faulty products will be considered for return beyond 30 days of receipt of order. ozcarebeauty.com.au must be notified within 30 days of receipt of purchase of any reactions from use. No product reactions will be considered beyond 30 days of receipt of order.

6) Claims Made
ozcarebeauty.com.au sells wide a range of leading skincare brands from around the world. The claims made by these products whether direct or implied are made entirely by the respective manufacturers and not by ozcarebeauty.com.au
 
7) Offers Via Email Submission
Valid on first orders. One code per customer. One use per code. Code expires after 48 hours from receipt of code. Please check email for date / time stamp for validity period. Minimum order value needs to be reached to qualify for code validation. Not valid in conjunction with any other promotional discount code. Promotional code must be applied at Cart screen. Brand exclusions include The Ordinary and ghd. By submitting your email address, you consent to receive marketing correspondence from Ozcarebeauty including latest releases, promotional offers and beauty advice via our A-List digital newsletter. You are also accepting all Terms & Conditions, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Ozcarebeauty reserves the right to update and change these terms at any time.
